Metric, Schmetric

Unlike Europeans, we Americans (United Statians) are smart enough to be able to calculate numbers, weights, and measures in both the Metric system, and in our English Units system (re-imagined and restyled as 'U.S. Customary Units' by the wikis). It takes more brain power to simultaneously handle both measuring systems, but we United Statians are easily up to the task.

Here is something your teacher probably never taught you. In America we have units of measure such as Gallon, quart, pint and others. Look at the chart below. Do you notice the binary sequence (1, 2, 4, 8, 16, etc)?
