This seems to work fine, but I can't see a use for it for me.

It seems to just "adjust gamma" on pictures, but 
not much else. It has a nice folder tree layout, 
but I think between PSP and ACDSEE, I can do all 
that anyway.  Maybe useful in high-production 
environments...
